This Combo consists of Oats with Cranberries and Capsicum, Chia Seeds and Bellytox Tea. The  tea cleanses the body from within by acting as a diuretic, increasing urination. 1. Peppermint Leaf

Peppermint leaf is an all-rounder, multitasking leaf. Peppermint leaf helps in aiding weight loss, reduces heartburn, it makes your skin glow, induces sleep and provides satiety, relieves gas and nausea, further helping you to lose weight. Peppermint helps your stomach process fat, ensuring even high-fat foods like burgers and steaks are digested quickly, which helps prevent bloat.

2. Green Tea

3. Liquorice Root

4. Dandelion Leaf

5. Budrock Root

6. Fennel Seed

Directions Bellytox Tea

Add a tablespoon of the detox tea 1litre boiling water and let it steep for 20minutes, till 80% of the herbs settle at the bottom. The detox tea should be taken twice a day, in the morning before you consume anything and before bedtime. To be combined with clean eating, 20 minutes daily exercise and consumption of a minimum of 2 litres water every day.

Chia seeds 

Put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in milk or yoghurt or cereal or water or smoothies or salad.

Oats with Cranberry and Capsicum 

Put 3 tablespoons of oats in hot water and beat for 2 minutes.
